$books now have .content_type and :content_type read book searches for a read_content_type verb such as read_plain, read_markdown otherwise, just calls player:tell_lines. When content type is text/markdown, or just markdown, you get blockquote and copy button in the webclient.

unified @start and @stop-snapshot verbs on #1191, use @snapshot instead, without args gives status. Args can be stop, latest, or a date. You will be prompted if you want to replace a running snapshot if there is one running.
