Reduced redundant fresh fixture births through private modes5/6 while retaining separate code member, two-row membership assertions, drift interleaving, exact native completion and all original permission and replay controls. Independent full13/13 passes1.89s; code staging readiness remains disabled pending editor cost acceptance.
