New private allocation helpers/register/cleanup schema capture per-member birth/owner/prototype and protected markers before fixture mutation, validate closed membership around native drains and refuse unknown children. Original chunk cleanup31/create_as/record31 untouched. Conversion/prospective return capture remains under structured review, not accepted.
