Merged native binary passes isolated production-data load

Added and synced native-slot-load-trial.py with binary/database hash guards, emergency mode, outbound disabled and absent FileIO/exec paths. Registry/count/zero-reference slot checks pass; explicit abort/exit1/no output database. First selection expression returned before later checks; corrected native statement syntax then passed. No live startup callbacks, allocations or save.
