Checkpoint writing refuses anonymous aliases as WAIF classes

Changed only write_waif after its saved-reference fastpath to use existing invalidation for absent or anonymous-storage class entries, otherwise retaining ordinary property updating. Covers src/waif.cc. Preserves immutable owners, file format, ordinary WAIF access and initializer behavior; no snapshot scan or retry state. Actual native regression/build review is pending.
