Retired duplicate builder validator after live coverage checks

Removed only the original chunk check_vars through the native removal command after exact source/metadata, pending saved-program/live-reader and editor-conflict checks. The new shared validator's pure domain regression and existing orientation test both pass; measured direct validator calls use identical ticks. Fresh0424 independently confirms all eight reviewed sources unchanged and only the old helper deleted. Full clone/place allocation costs and fixture acceptance remain separate open gates.
