During old helper retirement inspection, an agent mistakenly invoked existing eval_d to read one task stack. The legacy utility generated temporary auxiliary code, compiled it on shared59:temporary_eval_verb and reset that verb to its standard body before returning native E_INVARG. This was not a read-only inspection or an approved authorship route.
Root read the utility and independently verified exact standard one-line auxiliary source, owner36/rx/this-none-this metadata against fresh0315. No lingering body or metadata change remains. Further dynamic-source/eval_d/catch workarounds are prohibited; retirement waits for typed pending-program inspection from the root checkpoint. No task was cancelled or old fixture adopted.
