Second owned builder agent moved to verified bridge

Reauthenticated codex453 original body281337/stored PID3405888 and UV/python birth ticks, with native editor and new fixture ledger empty. Sent pidfd TERM only to its original launcher; both original processes exited and old body became invalid. Supported resume retained exact session/prompt hashes and created body52235 with UV3530756/python3530780.
Verified merged b614 launcher argv and actual reviewed core/parser hashes, native self-owned body/stored PID/connection/editor0/ledger0/readiness0. Game service was unchanged. Root delivery notes document the operation and bounded complete-command authoring required for the independent validator move.
