Draft release clears WAIF-bearing references and crosses an actual finalizer opportunity, then requires scoped original-class and owner allocation counts zero before fresh per-item identity, leaf and task checks and immediate native disposal. Proposed initial owner/class-zero admission protects raw actual returns before added seals or class/owner mutations.
