Chunk constructor and cleanup review documented

Documented every private exit, lift-door and hull carrier needed for safe fixture cleanup, including ship hull/system links, panels, hidden car exits and directory allocations. Current carrier shape is not an allocation receipt; both older uncertain fixture groups remain untouched.

Updated the source-only recipe to keep real lift panel setup before explicit car-exit setup and preserve the directory initializer's actual owner2032 context. An earlier geometry-changing recipe was withdrawn. Shared constructors are unchanged; new fixture execution waits for complete saved-source review.
