Added canonical13505-owned fixture_begin453/state453/reserve453 and private bounded command_fixture_ledger453. Immutable existing-runner cleanup token precedes allocation; reservations and actual task bind each fresh group. Source-only empty stage, not wired into cases or executed; old retained schemas/groups preserved.
