Retired editor fixture profiling and dead branch

Removed elapsed diagnostics from history, compile-cost and staging tests while retaining intentional matched tick measurements and all native assertions. Restored six single-argument fixture_target calls and original separate-target allocation; the unused OBJ-false reuse branch is gone. Separate actual staging ternary reuse remains.
